Security Checks run daily Malware scans of your files on your site and if any files become infected I will be able to spot them and let you know straight away.  I can then take action to prevent further infection on your site and advise on the best course of action to remove the infection.   I will also scan for plugins that have a security vulnerability and inform you of any action that needs to be taken.

If you are hosting your website with me this is included in your package.

Updating your plugins and themes can be very time-consuming.  Leaving them without updating them is often a big security risk too!  I can manage your plugins, themes, and their updates for you as well as advice on the best plugins to suit your needs (and the safest to use). 

As updating puts your website into ‘Maintenance Mode’ temporarily, your updates will be set to run automatically at a time when your website traffic is low so you can have peace of mind that your updates will not interfere with your user’s experience.

If you are hosting with me, this is included in your package.

Backup is the most vital part of website management! If an update fails, or your website crashes, it’s crucial to have an up-to-date backup of your website. I can run scheduled backups and make sure that up-to-date backup is always ready. These back-ups are run off-site so even if your entire server crashes – your website will still be safe.  If anything goes wrong I will restore your website to the backup you desire.  Backups are kept for 90days whilst you are on this subscription.  Backups are stored on secure cloud infrastructure using Amazon S3.
